Browsing and the demonstration
This storefront does not include analytics trackers, advertising scripts, or account registration. The interactive conversation uses fixed sample content. It does not send messages to ChatGPT, connect to Etsy, or store a transcript. The free prompt buttons copy fixed text to your clipboard only when you click them; they do not send clipboard content to a server.
The site’s code does not set cookies or use browser local storage. The ChatGPT Sites hosting platform may process technical information, such as request logs and IP addresses, to operate the service under its own policies.
The email launch list
When you submit the form, we store your email address, signup time, consent version, and a hashed private removal code in the site’s private database. Your address is used to prepare one announcement when Etsy ChatGPT Kit launches, not an ongoing newsletter. Signing up does not create an account or place an order.
We do not send an email at signup, and email delivery is not yet connected. Addresses are not verified through an email confirmation. We do not sell the launch list or make it publicly accessible. Before any launch announcement is sent, an email-delivery service and sender setup will need to be configured.
Keep the private removal link or code shown after signup. Use it at Manage your signup to delete your stored address. If you joined more than once, use the link from your first signup. The removal code is not an email password. Do not share it with others.
For abuse prevention, the server derives a temporary, salted rate-limit identifier from the request’s IP address and the current hour. Raw IP addresses are not stored in the launch-list tables. Expired rate-limit records are cleaned up as requests are processed. The hosting platform may separately retain technical logs under its own policies.
Purchasing
Purchases and preorders are unavailable while we wait for Polar approval. The site does not collect payment information. When checkout opens, Polar will handle payment and ZIP delivery under its own notices.
Your own shop connection
The kit’s private shop connection is a separate installation. This public marketing site does not receive your Etsy API credentials, OAuth tokens, customer records, or shop data. Do not paste shop secrets into this site’s demo.
